Step one of any WiFi service call is figuring out which of those three it is. We do that fast.
Your device. Network driver, network profile, or WiFi adapter. Almost always fixable remotely.
Usually the router. Unplug it for 60 seconds, plug back in. If still broken — could be a firmware update, a config issue, or hardware failure.
Coverage. Either router placement, walls, or you genuinely need a mesh system. We don't recommend mesh unless you actually need it.
Could be your plan (paying for 50 Mbps, getting it), could be old router, could be congestion. We test from inside and outside and tell you what's real.
