📶 WiFi not working

WiFi has three places it can break

1. Your device (laptop, phone) — driver, adapter, network profile
2. Your router — config, firmware, hardware failure, placement
3. Your ISP — service down, line problems, modem failure

Step one of any WiFi service call is figuring out which of those three it is. We do that fast.

Common scenarios

"WiFi works on my phone but not my laptop"

Your device. Network driver, network profile, or WiFi adapter. Almost always fixable remotely.

"WiFi worked yesterday and now nothing works"

Usually the router. Unplug it for 60 seconds, plug back in. If still broken — could be a firmware update, a config issue, or hardware failure.

"WiFi is fine in the living room but dead in the back bedroom"

Coverage. Either router placement, walls, or you genuinely need a mesh system. We don't recommend mesh unless you actually need it.

"WiFi is slow even when full bars"

Could be your plan (paying for 50 Mbps, getting it), could be old router, could be congestion. We test from inside and outside and tell you what's real.
