Most home and home-office issues can be solved remotely. We send you a one-time secure screen-share link, fix the problem while you watch, and the price is locked in before we touch anything.
Some jobs are exploratory or long-running. We bill by the hour, in 15-minute increments after the first hour. You always know the running tab.
If we can't fix it — or if it turns out it's a hardware problem that needs to go to a manufacturer — you owe nothing.

No travel fee within standard service areas in Honolulu, Chicago, and San Diego. Outside those areas, $50 flat for the first 30 miles, $1/mile after.
Parts and software licenses are billed separately at our cost. We do not mark up parts.
