Yes. We diagnose by phone or via a quick remote screen-share at no charge. Once we know what's wrong, we tell you what it costs and how long it'll take. If you decide not to proceed, you owe nothing. If we proceed but can't fix it, you still owe nothing.
Yes. The phone is answered at 3 AM, on Christmas, during the Super Bowl. Outside business hours, an after-hours surcharge of $50 flat applies for non-emergency work; legitimate emergencies (small business down, can't access work files for a morning deadline) are handled with no extra cost at our discretion.
Two reasons: we don't run a chain of physical stores (no lease, no on-the-clock-but-no-work staff), and we focus on remote work as much as possible (no truck rolls means lower overhead).
